Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

We do not offer local delivery.

In-store pickup

We do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping

We offer tracked international delivery (3-5 days). The charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any import duty due on delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and you should check these charges before ordering.

International Customs & Import Charges

Any import duty and fees are the responsibility of the customer and you are advised to check before you buy to avoid unexpected fees. We are based in the UK and therefore as of 1st January 2021 no longer in the EU free market, so import duty will apply to EU orders. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@wallpapermural.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
